Velvet is MINT (no spots, stains or issues) Lining is good until very bottom, where it is frayed. CLEAN Feels yummy, soft and plushy to the touch. Missing original tassel but not really necessary. Very usable. In 34 years of collecting purses, I have never seen a frame-handle like this one.
