French Steel Roses

Silver beads are in perfect condition, however upon close examination the roses which appear to be brown beads are apparently created with metal beads that have rusted. The pearl finish silver beads are unaffected. Lining is mint. Needs stitching to frame at one spot on top. 7 by 5
